All original materials, reports, code, designs, strategies, and deliverables created by Strivien Technologies remain protected intellectual property until full payment is received or ownership is otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Strivien Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays, interruptions, or damages caused by third-party systems, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
